This is a NBA Style workout that you can do every time you hit the court. It involves a 15 minute ball handling warmup and a shooting workout that allows you to get up 320-640 shots. The workout should be done at game speed with free throw rests in between each 20 shots. If you do this workout at least 3-4 times a week, your ball handling and shooting will improve!
